These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of our mobile application, website, and services (collectively referred to as the 'Platform'). By accessing or using Trippily, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
"Platform" means the Trippily mobile application and any related websites or services.
"User" means any individual or entity using the platform, whether as a traveler, hotel, agency, or tour guide.
"Service Provider" means hotels, travel agencies, or tour guides offering services through the Platform.
"Booking" means a confirmed reservation made via the Platform.
"Admin" means Trippily's authorized administrators who manage, monitor, and maintain the platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
Service Providers must submit valid identity documents or business licenses for verification before approval.
Trippily reserves the right to reject or suspend accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
4. Account Registration & Security
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must notify Trippily immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Trippily will never request your password via email or phone.
5. User Responsibilities
When using Trippily, you agree to:
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
Avoid uploading harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
Respect all other users and service providers.
Refrain from engaging in fraudulent bookings or impersonating others.
Follow all applicable local, national, and international laws.
6. Service Provider Responsibilities
Service Providers (Hotels, Agencies, Guides) must:
Keep their listings accurate and up to date (prices, availability, descriptions, and images).
Deliver services exactly as described.
Honor confirmed bookings unless canceled according to policy.
Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.
Comply with all licensing and regulatory requirements in their jurisdiction.
7. Booking & Cancellation
All bookings are agreements between the User and the Service Provider.
Cancellations and refunds are subject to the Service Provider's cancellation policy.
Trippily is not directly responsible for disputes but may intervene to mediate.
No-shows without prior notice may be charged according to provider policy.
8. Payments & Fees
Payment methods include cash on arrival or online payment (where available).
Trippily may charge a service fee, disclosed before confirming a booking.
Fraudulent payment activities will result in account suspension and possible legal action.
Refund timelines depend on the payment method and provider's policy.
9. Trials & Subscriptions
Hotels, Travel Agencies, and Guides receive a 7-day free trial upon registration.
After the trial, subscription plans (monthly or yearly) must be purchased to continue using publishing and booking features.
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
10. Promotions & Special Offers
Promotional offers may have additional terms and conditions.
Expired offers cannot be redeemed.
Trippily reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions without prior notice.
11. Use of the Smart Assistant (AI)
The AI Assistant provides recommendations for destinations, itineraries, and services based on user preferences.
The AI is for informational purposes only and does not replace human judgment.
Trippily is not liable for any inaccuracies in AI recommendations.
12. Content Ownership & Licensing
All content uploaded by Users or Service Providers remains their property, but by uploading, they grant Trippily a non-exclusive license to display and promote it.
Users must ensure they own or have permission to use all uploaded content.
Unauthorized use of other usersβ content is strictly prohibited.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
Your data is used to provide, improve, and personalize the Platform.
We take reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee complete protection against breaches.
14. Limitation of Liability
Trippily acts only as a facilitator and is not directly responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third parties.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, damages, or losses arising from third-party services.
Users agree to hold Trippily harmless from any claims related to third-party services.
15. Termination of Account
Trippily may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent or harmful activities.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
Termination does not waive any outstanding payments owed.
16. Dispute Resolution
Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly with Service Providers.
If unresolved, Trippily may mediate but is not obligated to provide a final resolution.
Disputes are subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the country where Trippily is registered.
17. Changes to Terms
Trippily reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
